We collect the following information when you create an account and use the Service: • Account information: name, email address, password (encrypted), grade level, and school or church name (optional) • Usage data: chat messages sent to our AI tutor, Bible trivia responses, devotional entries, prayer journal entries, and study session history • Subscription and billing data: managed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID — we never store full credit card numbers • Technical data: device type, browser type, and IP address collected automatically for security and service operation We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or sensitive financial account information.
Flourishing Student is designed for users of all ages, including children under 13. We take our obligations under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) seriously. For children under 13: a parent or guardian must create the account and provide consent. By creating an account for a child under 13, the parent or guardian consents to the collection of information as described in this policy. Parental rights: Parents and guardians have the right to: • Review the personal information collected about their child • Request deletion of their child's account and all associated data • Refuse further collection or use of their child's information To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@strongtowermedia.net. We will respond within 10 business days. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances: • Stripe: for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data (stripe.com/privacy) • Supabase: our database and authentication provider, used to store account and usage data securely • Anthropic: AI responses are processed through Anthropic's API. Messages sent to the AI tutor are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy (anthropic.com/privacy) • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users We do not sell personal information to any third party.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer (such as billing records, which may be retained for up to 7 years for tax purposes). AI conversation history is retained to provide continuity of service. You may request deletion of your conversation history at any time by contacting contact@strongtowermedia.net.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage users to use strong, unique passwords and to keep their login credentials confidential.
