If you are a parent or guardian creating an account on behalf of a minor, you are agreeing to these terms on their behalf and accepting responsibility for their use of the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Flourishing Student is an AI-powered educational tutoring platform designed for students operating from a biblical, Christian worldview. The Service provides AI-assisted tutoring, Bible study tools, trivia, devotionals, and related educational content. The Service is operated by Strong Tower Media LLC.
The Service is intended for students of all ages. Users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental consent before using the Service, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). By registering an account for a child under 13, the parent or guardian consents to the collection and use of that child's information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Strong Tower Media LLC is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Flourishing Student is offered on a subscription basis at $99.00 USD per year following a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the free trial period. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active subscription. All subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Strong Tower Media LLC to charge your payment method on an annual recurring basis until you cancel. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through the Billing portal within the app. Canceling stops future renewals. No refunds are issued for annual subscription payments already made. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service continues through the end of your current paid billing year. Strong Tower Media LLC reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, educational purposes consistent with its intended design. You may not: (a) use the Service to generate, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation; or (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content. All AI-generated content, including Scripture references, theological commentary, and subject matter explanations, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Strong Tower Media LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or theological precision of AI-generated content. Users should verify all Scripture references against their own Bible and exercise their own spiritual discernment. AI-generated content is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, formal theological education, or licensed ministry credentials.
All content, features, branding, and technology comprising the Service — including but not limited to Benny the mascot, the Flourishing Student name, and all associated software — are the exclusive property of Strong Tower Media LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.
Strong Tower Media LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service, its users, or our business. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@strongtowermedia.net.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strong Tower Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email or through a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
